Limited two year warranty- Jungle Gymania, Inc. guarantees all accessories, hardware, and canopies to be free from defects for a period of two years, subject to residential use. Accessories will be repaired or replaced, for the original retail purchaser of the play set, if it affects the functionality of the play set.

Limited 10 year warranty- Jungle Gymania, Inc. guarantees all wooden components against structural failure due to corrosion, wood rot, or insect infestation to the original retail purchaser of the play set. Surface cracks, knot holes and knots, natural characteristics of all wooden play equipment, not resulting in structural failure are not covered under this warranty. After 2 years from date of sale, any labor that is performed on site to replace these components will be billed to the customer.

Equipment subject to abuse, negligence, vandalism, mother nature, improper use, or unauthorized alterations will not be covered under these warranties.

Outdoor playsets are dangerous and may subject your child to injury. Jungle Gymania, Inc. is not liable for any injury sustained on our playsets.
